Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the gb66 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the gb66 website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one gb66 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of access.
All players are required to engage with gb66 games and promotions in good faith. Any form of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or abuse of bonus terms is strictly prohibited.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts must match your verified identity.
gb66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gb66 ("gb66," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gb66 website located at gb66.club, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by gb66, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

gb66 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If you subsequently cease to meet any of these requirements, you must immediately stop using the Platform and notify gb66 customer support.
To access the full features of the gb66 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) gb66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. gb66 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gb66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gb66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify gb66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
gb66 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, or PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. gb66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your gb66 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. gb66 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
gb66 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. gb66 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests.
gb66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
All transactions on the gb66 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. gb66 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
gb66 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are set out in the relevant promotion details page.
All games available on the gb66 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
gb66 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. The RNGs are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Results generated by the RNG are final and binding.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, gb66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. gb66 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Note: Bets placed and accepted are final. gb66 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gb66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the gb66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of gb66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gb66.
gb66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
gb66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gb66 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gb66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gb66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You may close your gb66 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
gb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) gb66 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) gb66 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) gb66 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, gb66 reserves the right to forfeit any balances in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings or by contacting customer support. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter, you should first contact gb66 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. gb66 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
The outcome of any game as determined by gb66's certified RNG or live dealer system is final and binding. gb66 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes where the game has functioned correctly.
